Wisteria, a growing and dynamic catalog of antiques and decorative items for the home and garden, is searching for energetic, professional, and dedicated call center representatives. Successful candidates must have a flexible schedule and be detail oriented problem solvers that excel in a fast-paced environment. Friendly disposition and positive attitude required. Candidates must also be able to set priorities while working on various assignments. Use available resources to educate yourself on product features, returns systems and customer interaction skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Seasonal positions available with the possibility for full-time employment and growth within the company. We are looking for Call Center Representatives to work between 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday thru Friday. There are also occasional weekends depending on Service Level needed.

Director of Ecommerce
Wisteria, a growing and dynamic catalog of antiques and decorative items for the home and garden is searching for an energetic, professional, and dedicated person to become our Director of Ecommerce. The right candidate will help us to lead and grow our eCommerce presence and the information architecture of the entire website. Our current web site and related sales activities account for approximately 60% of our sales revenue. We are in the process of a multi phase site redesign and need an individual who will help continue its growth through project management and clear communication with all departments within the company. You will be responsible for the continued growth of this increasingly important channel, including the strategic and tactical execution of all online marketing programs to drive online sales, profitability, and customer acquisition. You will work with IT, design, catalog, marketing and merchandising professionals, and outside vendors to implement and enhance online marketing techniques including paid search, organic marketing, affiliate marketing and site merchandising.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Develop annual eCommerce goals, budgets, and strategies.
o Ensure revenue and profitability goals are met by overseeing all Internet Marketing initiatives.
o Develop and implement Internet marketing strategies and tactics to increase web-site traffic and improve conversion, average order size, and repeat visits.
o Develop and administer eCommerce cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
o This position will work directly with the Art Director, Content Manager, Merchandising and Catalog Production Teams to ensure the website product and product information uses website best practices while still maintaining the Wisteria brand.
o Improve website presence within the marketplace performance.
o Maximize the information systems and architecture of information on the website. This will be the first project to implement when starting at Wisteria.
o Increase incoming traffic from organic listings. You will oversee web site search engine optimization and work with internal staff and vendors on planning and program execution.
o Serve as subject matter expert for all business processes facilitated by the eCommerce applications.
o Improve the User experience employing web analytic data and other methods to ensure there are no usability issues with the web site.
Critical skills include:
o 5-7 years of eCommerce PM experience. 4-5 years eCommerce Marketing management/ leadership experience.
o A proven functional eCommerce track record that covers product catalogs/ content management, customer and prospective customer management, and marketing initiatives.
o The ability to flourish in a fast paced environment populated by both the management of quick enhancements and longer-term projects.
o Both a strategic and tactical skill-set. Expert business analysis skill-set.
o Ability to lead the development of a strategy and approach to evolve the eCommerce platform.
o Prior experience in multichannel merchandising and marketing environments, proven experience leading multiple projects in an eCommerce setting.
o Ability to structure mid-level and detailed-level project plans and to execute from those plans.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Qualified candidates will also have strong organizational skills, be able to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects.
o Experienced user of all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
o Ability to think creatively and juggle many tasks and personalities at once.
o Understanding of both Mac and PC platforms.
o Self-motivated and decisive.
o Detail oriented with creative problem solving skills.
o Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes.
o Ability to quickly adapt to change in priorities.

Art Director for Print and Web
Wisteria, a growing and dynamic catalog of antiques and decorative items for the home and garden is searching for an energetic, professional, and dedicated person to become our Art Director for the catalog and e-commerce. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be a creative problem solver. The Art Director, in collaboration with the Director of Catalog Production, will be responsible for directing the Wisteria Production Department, the newly created Website Development Team, and assisting the small but burgeoning Marketing Department in achieving a uniform look and feel of the brand throughout all channels. This individual will also be responsible for carrying out the vision of the Senior Creative Director in the concept and styling of all images for print and web. Since all aspects of the Production Department so closely relate to the rest of the company, a strong, organized, “big picture thinker” is necessary to help communicate initiatives, projects, and concepts throughout the organization. Position reports directly to the Vice President of Production.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Own the layout, design content, imaging, and the design and look of all Marketing initiatives through print and web.
o Own significant design and production responsibilities for sections of the website and new projects under the direction of the Vice President of Production.
o Art direct a multitude of projects in different phases concurrently.
o Analyzing catalog and website profitability to further grow revenue.
o Work closely with the Brand Management team and the Senior Creative Director to develop the brand, themes, merchandise and focus which in turn creates engaging, clear, beautiful images.
o Direct the Production Design meetings to create the images and the layouts within the catalog and website.
o Detail oriented direction of all facets of catalog design including layout, pagination and flow, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and quality.
o Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create professional and engaging visual designs for website interface and online communications.
o Create and lead the design implementation of projects incorporating copy, innovative visual design and brand assets, while being mindful of usability and Web best practices and budget constraints of a print catalog.
o Maintaining a professional atmosphere.
o Excellent communication with the VP of Production, Director of Catalog Production and the Production Department.
o Proofreading upcoming catalogs.
o This is a full time position that may include working more than 40 hours a week.
Critical skills include:
o 5 or more years experience in studio art direction for product photography.
o 5 or more years experience and a high level of proficiency in Adobe Indesign and Photoshop.
o Experience in creative and conceptual problem-solving.
o Excellent visual design skills necessary and outstanding design portfolio of interactive projects required.
o Exhibit stylistic breadth, consistency, attention to detail balanced with beauty, innovation and usability.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Qualified candidates will also have strong organizational skills, be able to work effectively under deadlines and manage concurrent projects.
o Experienced user of all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word.
