Shaanxi Vase

A set of 8,000 terracotta clay warriors and horses were discovered next to the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi in Shaanxi providence of China. This was known as the Terracotta Army, built to protect the Emperor in the afterlife. Although you may still find decorative terracotta figures today, it is more common to see pots and jars used in home décor.

This rustic terracotta jar with an olive-brown distressed finish is a classic style piece of Asian antiquities. This piece would look at home in a cottage or farmhouse setting but could be paired and adapt nicely with any décor. Fill it with a dried or faux flower arrangement for a stunning centerpiece.

Dimensions: Small - 12.5 x 12.5 x 12 or Large - 15.5 x 15.5 x 15.5 in inches. Material: Terracotta. Finish: Distressed Olive Brown. Imported.
