Noble Velvet Stool
Velvet was around as far back as 403 BC in some Eastern cultures in its silk form, and in other forms, was found in Egypt and Iraq as far back as 2,000 BC. Velvet was a status symbol in European culture signifying nobility. It became highly popular during the Renaissance period with booming production.
This simple but elegant pale gray-blue velvet stool is modern yet reminiscent of those time periods. Its cylindrical shape lends itself to a more contemporary feel, while the soft velvet takes you back to simpler times. At 15” tall it is the perfect addition to a smaller space but would work anywhere. The style is so simplistic that it will match any décor or style of room.
