Limited Quantities Available at this Price. I was visiting my friend Shawn in Scottsdale, where she has a very cute, very small 1940s house. He had been furnishing it with the help of a designer friend, and I was impressed with their choices. In the dining room was a large double window, which let in tons of light, and snuggled under it was a short display cabinet. Its glass doors let me see all of the collectibles inside (Native American baskets and pottery, mostly), and Shawn used the top for setting out bottles of spirits and glasses when he had people over.

I knew we should offer something similar, the Shawn Cabinet. It’s made of beautiful mahogany in a two-tone finish (clear coated on the insides and on the adjustable shelves and a taupe stain everywhere else), and the class doors slide rather than open on hinges--ideal for a smaller room.
