We are blessed to be living in modern times – when a flight can get you any point on the globe in comfort, safety and quickly. I know we all take this for granted.

We learn from the local communities and share bread with the local people. Be part of their traditions and enjoy their many festivals and cultural events. We try and sample their foods, practice some of their rituals and add to our knowledge by being a true traveler and not a tourist. This helps us discover the less often taken path and the items and products from the local people’s daily lives – which is inspiration for most of the products we bring to you for your homes.
