Cold Shoulder Dining Chair
I don’t think I’ve ever been in a jazz club that HASN’T had bentwood bistro chairs scattered about its seating area. They’re as ubiquitous as cocktails and smooth licks, and they’re worth riffing on. Our Cold Shoulder Dining Chair began with a frame reminiscent of Michael Thonet’s classic No. 14 chair but features a stretched-canvas back secured with nailhead trim that leaves its shoulders bare. The padded linen seat cushion is built into an oak frame, which is joined with old-fashioned mortises and tenons. Dimensions: 20 x 21 x 35.5 in inches. Imported. Handling Fee is $20.
