Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Wisteria website. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of the Wisteria website constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them. Wisteria reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited, unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return. In accordance with state and local laws, any taxes paid will be refunded. Delivery fees are only refunded if the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit. A 20% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded minus the initial shipping, delivery fee and restocking fee.
- Stock Furniture & Rugs: All of our products are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defects in the workmanship of the product. Just send us a description and photos of the defect and we will promptly respond. A 20% restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to stock merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer’s defect or damage. We also offer additional coverage with the Mulberry Protection Plan. You can learn more in our Returns Policy.
- Special/Custom order furniture: Because this merchandise is made to your specifications, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. A 100% deposit is required at time of the purchase. Due to the handmade nature of these products, dimensions can vary plus or minus 2 inches. Orders that include customer’s own material, cutting for approval or cutting to match are subject to additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. All special/custom order items will be signed appropriately on the website.
- Non-Furniture Items: Merchandise including decorative accessories, mirrors, lighting, pillows, throws, bedding, bedding sheets, drapery, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, table linens, serving and specialty accent merchandise, and any other soft goods must be returned within a 30-day period and with the original receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Drapery and bedding must be returned in the original packaging.
- Clearance Items (marked Last Chance) and Seasonal/Holiday Items: These items are sold "as-is" and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final as these are non-warranted items. Should you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please notify our Customer Care Team immediately.
