We are proud of the quality of our products as we carefully select and work with some of the best manufacturing factories and artisans in the U.S. and around the world. But, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase the following policy will apply:

Damages
We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations in every way, however, it is your responsibility to inspect your product(s) upon delivery.

White Glove Delivery

For a White Glove delivered product any damage must be noted on the receipt during the delivery of the product. If you refuse furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the furniture will be brought back to the local delivery terminal. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the product, and determine how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please email us at customerservice@wisteria.com, if there are any issues at all with your furniture delivery. We’ll assist you promptly.

Threshold Delivery

For Threshold (Non-White Glove) delivered product any damage must be reported to Wisteria Customer Service within 3 days with photo evidence. Please take and submit photos of the damage from multiple angles so that our Damage and Returns Specialist can most efficiently assist you.

Returns
Made to Order Products:
Made to Order Products are non-returnable for any reason. These products have a Made to Order Icon on the product page.

Non-Made to Order Products: Non-Made to Order Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns will be matched to our sale records. Products must be sent back in the original packaging or reasonably equivalent packaging. Products must be new/unused condition with no signs of wear. If the product is sent back in a different packaging resulting in damage, you may incur additional cost. Returns made by purchaser are refunded consistent with the original form of payment for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Return shipping charges will apply. There will be a restocking fee based on the product's original purchase price: 10% for parcel items and 20% for large items shipped via a freight carrier service.

Final Sales & Clearance Items
Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items' prices end in $0.99.

Seasonal Products
Certain items such as Christmas decorations, gardening and outdoor accessories, and other holiday assortments may not be canceled or returned at any time.

Manufacturer's Warranty:
We are confident in the quality of our products. If you notice any defects in the product please let us know within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Wisteria Customer Service and share pictures and description of the defects. We will work with you to fix the product or you can return the product for full refund.

Definition of defects:
We are proud of our handmade products with natural materials and know that you value the fact that these are not mass-produced in automated factories. But due to the use of natural materials (including but not limited to: wood, rattan, wicker, bamboo, seagrass, abaca, marble, leather etc.) and the hand build, slight variations in finish, tone, texture, uneven grain, marks, cracks and color are common. These make these products special and one-of-a-kind, and are not defects.

There may also be slight variations in product size (1-2 inches) from the published dimensions on the product page. This is not a defect.

Also, all computer monitors display colors differently. We are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our site. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions. Often times we can share more images and swatches to confirm the exact color.

Order Cancellation
Orders for in-stock items typically process and are packaged for shipment within 1- 2 business days of the placement of the order. If you want to cancel your order and it is beyond 1 day from the order placement date, we cannot guarantee the order is cancellable. We will do our best to cancel. However, if the order has been packaged for shipment and pick up has been booked with our delivery company and the order is then canceled, the refund would deduct the shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee for furniture and 10% restocking fee for small parcel items.

Pricing & Promotions

Pricing in Online Stores is in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes according to state and local laws apply to all purchases. The price and availability of any merchandise is subject to change, along with any given date regarding arrival of merchandise into our warehouse and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse the order of any merchandise that we deem is erroneously priced, described and shown Online.

Commercial Use

Our warranty applies only to reasonable residential (non-commercial) use and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered a non-household setting, and/or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered and/or repaired by any other resource other than Wisteria and/or our agents.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Wisteria Website. If you are under the age of majority in your state of residence, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf, and you may only access and use the Website with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

This does not mean that we endorse these sites, and your activities on them may be governed by terms and conditions and privacy policies that differ from our own. The products, prints, patterns, designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and data compilations appearing on the Website, as well as the software used to create them, are owned or licensed by Wisteria and are protected by the U.S. and foreign copyright laws. You may electronically copy and/or print "hard copies" from the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping on the Website. Except for information necessary to place an order, we do not want you to send us any confidential or proprietary information through this Website. We hope you will understand that the intent of this policy is to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by Wisteria employees and agents might seem to be similar to creative works submitted by users. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Wisteria website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
