Shipping Information

At Wisteria, you are not just another ‘customer’, you are special to us! And we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We as a team are here to serve you, and we want every experience of yours to be delightful and worthy of earning your loyalty.

The size and/or weight of the merchandise selected will determine whether your order ships via Parcel or Freight Delivery. For most items, you can view the shipping method and estimated timeframe for delivery on the Shipping tab of the product page; however, this information may change if multiple items are grouped in one order. The shipping method and charges will be confirmed during checkout. Unless otherwise specified, credit cards will be billed at the time of order checkout. Products such as special/custom orders and most large furniture items will be billed at the time of checkout.

Shipping Charges

For Parcel and Freight Delivery shipping charges, the applicable charges and costs will be calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. Please note additional charges may apply given the size, weight, and/or nature of the item.

For standard textile items like pillows, bed sheets, table cloths there will be only a $10/item charge.

Rates apply to the 48 U.S. contiguous states. Currently, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

We charge a $75 fee for shipment to islands or other very remote areas.

We also charge a $75 fee if you need to change delivery address after a shipment has been booked.

If a customer confirms a delivery time but is not available to receive the shipment, resulting in the need to reschedule the delivery, a $75 rebooking fee will be applied to the order. This fee covers the additional costs associated with rescheduling and redelivery. We kindly ask that you ensure an adult is available at the confirmed delivery time to avoid this charge.

Standard Parcel Delivery

In-stock Parcel Delivery orders are usually shipped within 2 business days and your order should arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days. Our Fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm ET.

Expedited Parcel Delivery

Expedited Parcel Delivery is not available currently.

Freight Delivery

In-stock Freight Delivery orders are usually shipped within 5 business days and should arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks. Expedited shipping is not available for Freight Delivery Orders, and delivery cannot take place on weekends or national holidays.

All custom ordered furniture can take up to 14 weeks. The product page for those items will list the delivery options and you will receive notification of the delivery date from the designated freight carrier.

For Freight Delivery, our designated freight carrier will contact you by telephone, email and/or text several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. If you request a specific day or time other than provided by the carrier, an additional fee will apply (averaging $75 - $125). If you make an appointment to have a shipment delivered, please be sure to keep that appointment. If you miss it, an additional fee of $100 will apply.

For Freight Delivery, you may choose between the following two options:

Threshold Delivery

This includes delivery to the doorway, garage, or covered area on the ground floor of your home. Heavier items that need more than one person to move may require your assistance. This service does not include uncrating. Freight deliveries may be delivered on a pallet. Please be prepared to dispose of the pallet yourself (some cities require you to call a bulk trash service).

White Glove Delivery

For major furniture items such as sofas, beds and our larger credenzas we would recommend you using our white glove service to have the best possible delivery experience. This includes delivery, uncrating, and placement of the product in the room or area you specify. Please note this service does not include wall mounting of any kind. White Glove Delivery is offered for an additional flat cost of $75.00 delivered to one address within the 48 U.S. contiguous states.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email noting estimated delivery dates. If any items are not yet available, it will include an approximate delivery window when your item(s) will arrive at our facility.

Preparing for Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit in desired rooms, and through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways.
It is your responsibility to verify that the room is suitable for your furniture and cleared as our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.
If you live in a high rise or condominium which requires a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.

Scheduling Delivery

Ready to Deliver: Our designated freight carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment typically within 14 business days of purchase for in-stock items (15-20 business days for National Delivery). Custom Ordered Furniture may take longer time.
Backorder Delivery: Delivery will occur once all the items become available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once your items are available at our facility.

Delivery Day

An individual 18 years or older, must be at home to accept delivery and inspect your order.
Furniture items will be carefully unpacked and assembled (if required), and the packing materials removed. We will not hang lighting, mirrors, and wall art.

If you do not choose this delivery option at the time you place your order, but wish to do so later, you will incur an additional fee.

Delivery Surcharges

Due to size and weight, select items will require a delivery surcharge. You will find the cost indicated on the product page.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on merchandise, shipping and handling as applicable where required by law.

We are proud of the quality of our products as we carefully select and work with some of the best manufacturing factories and artisans in the U.S. and around the world. But, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase the following policy will apply:

Damages

We strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations in every way, however, it is your responsibility to inspect your product(s) upon delivery.

White Glove Delivery

For White Glove deliveries, please carefully inspect your product upon arrival. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to document damage during the White Glove delivery may result in your return claim being denied. If you refuse furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, the furniture will be brought back to the local delivery terminal. We will then review and evaluate the condition of the product, and determine how to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please email us at customerservice@wisteria.com, if there are any issues at all with your furniture delivery. We’ll assist you promptly.

Threshold Delivery

For Threshold (Non-White Glove) delivered product any damage must be reported to Wisteria Customer Service within 3 days with photo evidence. Please take and submit photos of the damage from multiple angles so that our Damage and Returns Specialist can most efficiently assist you.

Returns

Made to Order Products:

Made to Order Products are non-returnable for any reason. These products have a Made to Order Icon on the product page.

Non-Made to Order Products: Non-Made to Order Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns will be matched to our sale records. Products must be sent back in the original packaging or reasonably equivalent packaging. Products must be new/unused condition with no signs of wear. If the product is sent back in a different packaging resulting in damage, you may incur additional cost. Returns made by purchaser are refunded consistent with the original form of payment for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Return shipping fees will also be netted out of your refund. There will be a restocking fee based on the product's original purchase price: 10% for parcel items and 20% for large items shipped via a freight carrier service.

Final Sales & Clearance Items

Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items' prices end in $0.99.

Seasonal Products

Certain items such as Christmas decorations, gardening and outdoor accessories, and other holiday assortments may not be canceled or returned at any time.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

We are confident in the quality of our products. If you notice any defects in the product please let us know within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Wisteria Customer Service and share pictures and description of the defects. We will work with you to fix the product or you can return the product for full refund.

Definition of defects:

We are proud of our handmade products with natural materials and know that you value the fact that these are not mass-produced in automated factories. But due to the use of natural materials (including but not limited to: wood, rattan, wicker, bamboo, seagrass, abaca, marble, leather etc.) and the hand build, slight variations in finish, tone, texture, uneven grain, marks, cracks and color are common. These make these products special and one-of-a-kind, and are not defects.

There may also be slight variations in product size (1-2 inches) from the published dimensions on the product page. This is not a defect.

Also, all computer monitors display colors differently. We are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our site. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions. Often times we can share more images and swatches to confirm the exact color.

Order Cancellation

Orders for in-stock items typically process and are packaged for shipment within 1- 2 business days of the placement of the order. If you want to cancel your order and it is beyond 1 day from the order placement date, we cannot guarantee the order is cancellable. We will do our best to cancel. However, if the order has been packaged for shipment and pick up has been booked with our delivery company and the order is then canceled, the refund would deduct the shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee for furniture and 10% restocking fee for small parcel items.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method used.
