We at Wisteria are fully committed to our customers and our business. We are 100% operational, taking and fulfilling orders for furniture and décor items. Smaller items usually ship within 48 hours, and most items – unless they are long-lead time furniture – like custom orders, ship in 7-10 days unless on backorder. While we filed for Chapter 11 on July 23rd, 2025, we are fully managing customer orders placed after July 24th, 2025. We have continued to add new items to our website assortment and are taking care of business as usual.
Only orders prior to July 23rd cannot be fulfilled as per the Courts direction. Wisteria, the Debtor is unable to fill any outstanding orders that were placed on or before July 22, 2025, due to restrictions in the Bankruptcy Code which prevents the Debtor from paying prepetition claims outside of the Code’s priority scheme.
