At Wisteria, we strive to deliver our products to you in as expeditious a timeframe as possible.  However, we are experiencing delivery delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on our production partners, shipping partners, and our global supply chain.  Our artisanal products are sourced from high-quality manufacturers and vendors globally from geographies including the United States, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, China, Portugal, Italy, and many others.   In certain geographies, the global health crisis has impacted our manufacturing partners' production facilities and caused delays of several weeks.  Similarly, due to small parcel and freight carrier shipping constraints, in certain instances, we are seeing shipping delays of 1 to 4 weeks even when we have processed an order and created the shipping label.  We truly value each and every one of you as our customers and want you to know that we are working as hard as possible to minimize any of the above-referenced delays.  Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.
