GA 30082. 

Contest Name 

The promotion is called The Wisteria Room Revival Challenge (“Contest”) and is part of Wisteria’s Tuscany Revival campaign. 

Eligibility 

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Void where prohibited by law. 

Current Wisteria employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors directly involved in the Contest, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate. 

Contest Period 

The Contest begins on August 16, 2026 at 11.59pm ET and ends on Sep 16, 2026 at 11.59pm ET (“Contest Period”). 

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible. 

How to Enter 

To enter, participants must complete the official Contest entry form and submit a room, corner, or space revival idea inspired by Wisteria. 

Participants may also share their idea on Instagram (optional) by tagging @Wisteria and using the hashtag #WisteriaHomeRevival.

The official entry form is the source of truth for Contest entries. 

Participants may be asked to provide: 

Opting in to marketing emails is not required to enter and will not increase chances of winning. 

Entry Requirements

Entries must be original and must not violate the rights of any third party. 

Entries may not include: 

Entrants must disclose if any submitted image, room rendering, or mood board was generated or materially altered using AI tools.  

Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements or is inconsistent with Wisteria’s brand standards.

Gift card prizes are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Wisteria e-gift cards. 

No cash or prize substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is nontransferable. 

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses related to accepting or using the prize that are not specifically stated in these Official Rules. 

Winner may be required to provide a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number if required for tax reporting purposes. Failure to provide required information may result in prize forfeiture. 

Winner Selection and Judging Criteria 

Winner will be selected by the Wisteria team. 

Winner Notification 

Winner will be notified by email within 5 business days following winner selection. 

Sponsor is not responsible for failure to receive notice due to spam, junk email, privacy settings, incorrect contact information, or platform messaging restrictions. 

If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days, fails to return any required declaration or release, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 

The e-gift cards will be valid for 1 year from the time of issue.  

Receipt of prize is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Ownership of Submitted Content and Rights Granted to Wisteria

Entrants retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, mood boards, room ideas, and other content they submit. 

By entering this Contest, entrant grants Wisteria, its agents, licensees, successors, assigns, advertising partners, and service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, crop, resize, publish, display, distribute, repost, create derivative works from, and otherwise use entrant’s submission and related materials. 

This includes, but is not limited to: 

Wisteria may use submitted content in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to: 

Such use may occur worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval, unless prohibited by law. 

Wisteria may edit, crop, resize, format, caption, or otherwise adapt submissions for promotional use, provided such edits do not materially misrepresent the entrant’s original idea. 

By entering, entrant represents and warrants that the entry is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. 

If an entry is claimed to infringe the rights of a third party, entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wisteria from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from such claim. 

Explicit Content Permission

Entrants must provide explicit permission for Wisteria to use submitted content. By checking the consent form on the contest entry page, all entrants agree to the following:

"I confirm that I own or have permission to use the photo, video, mood board, text, room idea, and other materials I submit. I grant Wisteria permission to use my submission, including my name, Instagram handle, image, likeness, room photos, ideas, and related content, for marketing and promotional purposes, including email, website, social media, Pinterest, digital lookbooks, advertising, and paid Meta ads."

Entries without this permission may be deemed incomplete or ineligible. 

Privacy and Personal Information

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Wisteria’s Privacy Policy. 

Wisteria may collect entrant name, email address, Instagram handle, city and state, submitted content, contest responses, and related information for purposes of: 

Wisteria may share entrant information with service providers assisting with Contest administration, email delivery, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, customer support, and prize fulfillment. 

Wisteria will not sell entrant personal information to third parties. 

Entrants should avoid submitting photos or materials that contain sensitive personal information, private addresses, financial information, school information, family documents, or other identifying details. 

Email Opt-In 

Entrants may choose whether to opt in to receive marketing emails from Wisteria. 

Marketing email opt-in is not required to enter or win and will not increase chances of winning. 

By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Wisteria and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from: 

Disputes 

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. 

As a condition of participating, entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Cobb County, state of Georgia, having jurisdiction. 

Entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Contest. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
